According to PopSugar, the fashion designer was enjoying herself fully on that day as she was spotted splashing around with an inner tube and she was happily doing some boogie boarding in the waves. In May 2015, Gomez made headlines after slamming a fat-shaming troll who told her she needed to work out. The heated exchange quickly escalated after an Instagram user wrote to Gomez, “You need to work out. Please stop eating junk food.”
Selena then jumped in and pointed out that she’s already in show biz and she does work out. “You’re disgusting,” Gomez wrote on Instagram. “I’m IN the business and I could care less about what ‘they’ or you said I should look like. And I do work out. It’s not your place to tell anyone what they should or should not do.”
