Thursday:
Thursday was more- lower body resistance training and also core work, as she would incorporate the weight room 3 times per week on her weight loss regimen. Thursday was a precise combination of core and lower body resistance training.
She would perform 3 sets of the following exercises with 75 seconds rest.

Friday:
Cardio hell times 2! Selena would start and end her workout week with some hardcore calorie burning. Friday she would perform 20 minutes of three separate cardio exercises – and this sometimes meant she would hit the Cross Fit gym with her good friends to change it up as well.
Friday workouts were all about doing whatever cardio she felt motivated to do – and this sometimes was a repeat of the Monday regimen – or a completely new regimen at a Cross Fit gym with her friends. The important thing was that she was burning calories and losing weight!
