But instead of resorting to dangerous crash dieting, Jennifer lost weight the sensible way: through portion control and exercise, as part of her participation in Weight Watchers. “It’s a lifestyle change, not a diet,” she said after becoming a Weight Watchers spokesperson in 2010. She ended her partnership with Weight Watchers in 2014, but said in 2012 that she had reached her goal weight.
