The Diet Plan That Made Star Jones Skinny

Star Jones Reynolds has reached fame and fortune as a popular talk show host of The View but has always struggled with her weight – especially after turning fifty years old. Star Jones Reynolds is now 54 and is happy to say she has never been so confident with her appearance and weight!

Besides wanting to inspire millions of women around the world and look great while hosting her popular TV show she states that preventing heart disease which runs rampant in her family is the biggest motivator.


Star Jones Reynolds has made a few huge changes to her life in the last 12 months that has resulted in her looking and feeling better than ever before.


  1. She has adopted healthier eating principles and no longer consumes dairy, meat, and refined sugars in het diet

Star’s trainer explains that Steel Cut Oats are actually way healthier than Oatmeal and contain a ton of healthy fiber and protein.

½ Cup Steel Cut Oats with ¼ Cup Organic Blueberry, 2 tbsp. hemp seeds, 1 tsp honey, Sprinkle of organic almond flour

1 Cup Green Tea

Warm Lemon water for digestion


10 AM: Meal Number 2


High Protein Weight Loss Snack:

2 Tbsp. Nut Butter on Carrots and Celery

Chocolate Whey Protein Shake



1 PM: Meal number 3

1 Cup organic mixed Greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, jicama, red bell peppers, onions, alfalfa sprouts, chia seeds, coconut oil based salad dressing (Star’s trainer explains that coconut oil is a special type of fat that speeds up your metabolism)

4 PM: Meal Number 4


Carrot Sticks, Cucumber Sticks, celery Sticks dipped in Star’s favorite Lemon Hummus


6 PM: Meal Number 5


Pan Seared Salmon topped with fresh mango salsa

1 Cup Black beans with fresh peppercorns

½ Pint of low calorie Artic Zero Ice Cream (Usually Chocolate Mint)


8 PM: Meal number 6
