The former Playboy model has turned 40 but her age doesn’t seem to hold her back. Well, there’s quite a lot of hard work to do if one wants to be a top notch model like her. Besides heading to gym for daily workouts, she has three litres of water daily. Her daily diets also include chicken, cauliflower, egg whites, parmesan, garlic, cottage cheese, lemon juice, yogurt, sardines and manchego.

Silvstedt explained, “Good sleep is the best. Also when I wake up I drink a glass of warm water with squeezed lemon and a little later I eat a good breakfast of fruit, yoghurt, muesli. I exercise, I like yoga and brisk walking.”When you consider how amazing Victoria Silvstedt looks, it is quite surprising that she has not settled down with a nice handsome man and started a family, which she has admitted is something she would love to do in the future.
