Most of Simpson’s weight loss came from her Weight Watchers diet. During that time, she lost eight and a half pounds in the first two weeks and tried to keep a low-carb diet, sticking to lean proteins, non-fat dairy, and fresh vegetables. She also made lunch her biggest meal. Besides doing Weight Watchers, Simpson’s also been on the Five Factor Diet, which consists of five small meals six days a week for five weeks and five 25-minute workouts each week.
