This is what his trainer calls the “magic number” – as once you figure this number out you just need to eat about 500 calories less to lose weight very quickly.
Lavell first initiated his diet by getting rid of all the foods that were making him fat and spiking his blood sugar.
The very first day of his diet – Lavell’s trainer came over to his house and they also went grocery shopping together. This was a pretty harsh day, as Lavell figured out that a few so called health foods were actually making him fat!

1. Whole Wheat Bread

Once in a while for dessert Lavell would consume some low-fat Fro-Yo – thinking that this was a good option since after all it was “low fat.”
The problem is that low-fat Fro Yo is a complete insulin bomb – and spikes your blood sugar to dangerous levels causing you to store belly fat easier.
