James Allen McCune is an American actor who portrayed Jimmy in Season 2 of The Walking Dead. He was present throughout Season 2 and was killed off in Beside the Dying Fire. He was initially going to be killed off early on in the series but this was delayed. James Allen McCune is also starring in the American series Shameless as Matty Baker. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia to Charlotte and Loren McCune in 1990. He caught the acting bug at 15 thanks to his High School’s drama club, “Echostage,” where he performed in many plays and musicals. In 2010 he portrayed “Roger” in Fabrefaction Theatre’s performance of “Rent.”
After high school, James began his journey into the industry, finding his way in front of the camera for commercials and many industrial films including a training video for Chick-Fil-A. James continues to act in Film and Television throughout the southeast. His ambition and passion for being onscreen and onstage progresses every day, as does his career, and it shows no signs of slowing down.
