Have you seen Ed Sheeran lately? The red-headed singer has been looking pretty trim these days — and he hasn’t even stepped foot in a gym! The ‘Thinking Out Loud’ crooner admits he was able to lose THREE shirt sizes after revamping his lifestyle and including more “green drinks” in his diet.
“I’ve realized that I go to restaurants and get a steak and chips and broccoli and I’ll eat the steak and chips and leave the broccoli,” he told ‘The Sun.’ “It’s my lifestyle. I haven’t really been healthy to my body and my body’s not liking it.” But now, he’s completely turned his life around and made minor tweaks in his everyday routine. And while he’s seen great results so far, he doesn’t plan on beating himself up if he gains any pounds back. His approach to weight loss is totally casual.
“You don’t have to kill yourself by getting into shape. Just eat right and don’t drink every day.””I went from a large to a medium to a small,” he said, according to U.K.’s The Sun. “It’s my lifestyle. I haven’t really been healthy to my body and my body isn’t liking it.” Sheeran, 24, credits his weight loss solely to the consumption of raw vegetable and fruit juice.
“I’m not losing it because I’m eating well and going to the gym,” he said. “I’ve started green juices because I’ve realized that I go to restaurants and get a steak and chips and broccoli, and I’ll eat the steak and chips and leave the broccoli.”He now has a chef prepare healthy juices for him when he’s on the road.”I said to the guy that does the food on our tour, ‘Can you just blend everything that I need?’ And then I just down it.”
