At first glance, it might seem like Delevingne employs serious diet and exercise tactics to achieve her slim frame, but in a recent interview she revealed a more emotional reason for her figure. In fact, she confided that she rarely makes it to the gym, and instead the emotional toll of a life in the limelight is responsible. “Fame, do I like it? No,” she said. “It has bought a lot for me in my career but there are a lot of downsides to it. You give up your privacy. I did it to myself but not to my family and friends.”
In an interview with The Wall Street Journal magazine, she despises the pressures put on girls to stay stick thin and used to get ‘angry’ when people threatened to drop her from jobs if she was spotted looking weightier or enjoying a night out.
Cara recently stated in an interview that she does not do many workouts. She also does not diet on meals. She says that she is naturally skinny and thin and therefore does not requires any of these measures for losing weight. On the contrary, Delevingne said that she would like to gain some weight and have a curvy body.
