It seems like moving on is pretty much impossible from now on, as she suddenly becomes pregnant by either Jack Qwant (Patrick Dempsey) or Mark Darcy (Colin Firth). As a bonus, the new Bridget Jones movie includes A-list stars such as: Emma Thompson and Ed Sheeran.
