Alanna Masterson is an American actress who is best known for her role as Tara Chambler in the series The Walking Dead. Chambler promoted within The Walking Dead show from the 5th season. She was the elder sisters of 3 brothers with whom she was grown up. Both of her parents were active members in the Church of Scientology growing up. Her father was later excommunicated from the Church, however, Alanna, her mother, and siblings all remain active members to this day. She grew up around and was influenced by her older brothers who both starred in popular TV shows in the late 1990s to early 2000s. Masterson’s passion for acting came from spending a lot of time on set with her brothers and seeing the filming process.
