Pokemon Go is the latest craze that has driven the entire world crazy. You must have surely seen people walking across streets with their eyes fixed at the phone screen. They are all playing this augmented reality game created by Niantic. This game actually allows you to step in the real world and capture Pokemons. It will use the map of your location. You have to just roam around your area in search of these little buggers. They have managed to make this game look very realistic. You will actually feel like a Pokemon Trainer once you start playing the game. 
HOW TO GET THE GAME AND START PLAYING POKEMON GO
Currently, the app hasn’t been launched all over the world yet. It has only been launched in some selected places like USA and Australia. It is available both for iPhone and Android phones. In order to sign up, you can use your existing google account or you can also open a Pokemon Trainer Account. After you complete the registration process, you have to select an avatar and style it up. Although not officially launched, many people in Asia have downloaded it with the help of APK.
CATCHING YOUR FIRST POKEMON
Before you head out to the streets to catch Pokemons, you will be given a character to start your game with. There are three choices for that; Squirtle, Bulbasaur and Charmander. You can choose any one of them. If you have watched the show, you will be familiar with all of them.
HOW TO START THE JOURNEY
After you select your character, it is now time to hit the streets. If you look at the lower right bottom of the screen, you will find an icon which shows all the Pokemons that are in your location. In case it doesn’t show any, it means that there is none in your location currently. You need to head out to other areas to find one.
Below each Pokemon, you will find some footsteps. If the number of footsteps is 3, it means that it is quite far from you. You will have to walk a lot. If the number of footsteps is 2, it means you are going in the right direction, but you have to keep on moving. If the number of footsteps is 1, it means you are very near. If you don’t see any footsteps, it means it is just beside you. You have to stop walking and catch it.
Once you are near it, you have to throw a Pokeball to catch it. A Pokeball will automatically appear on your screen once a Pokemon is near. You just have to take aim and flick it. However, some are not easy to catch. Especially, the powerful and the rare ones are very difficult.
WHERE TO FIND THEM?
If you are living in a big city, you won’t face any difficulty in catching any. You will find them roaming everywhere. It also depends on the environment in which you are in. For example, if you live in an area full of trees, you will probably find many Flying types. If you visit the lake, you will probably get to see many water Pokemons. During night, you will find many Ghost types. You will also get some Poke Candies after you capture a one. Once you have enough of them, you can evolve your Pokemons.
Pokestops:
The Pokeballs which you need to capture them are not unlimited. You will have to visit the Pokestops to get the Pokeballs. A Pokestop is usually a famous landmark of your city. It can be a church, a statue or any famous tourist spot. There are usually many Pokestops spread throughout the city. Once you are near a Pokestop, you will have to tap it and you will get the Pokeballs. Apart from Pokeballs, you may also get some special items like eggs. Eggs are of three types- 2km, 5km and 10 km. In case of a 10km egg, you need to walk 10 kms to hatch it.
Gyms
Once you reach level 5, you will be eligible to join a Gym. Gyms are also some of the landmarks in your city. You will have to choose a team- Valor, Mystic and Instinct. If the gym is unoccupied, then you can capture the gym. If it is already occupied by another Trainer, then you need to battle and take the Gym away from the previous trainer. Once you seize control of a gym, you have to leave one there to protect it.
