Biel’s amazing weight loss was on full display when she and her brother Justin Biel stepped out at the BARE Handbags #BareItAll launch on Thursday. Looking super-sculpted, Justin Timberlake’s wife was flawless. Her brother spoke to People at the event about Biel’s new life as a mother. “She is just so in her element, and so centered, and I think it has a lot to do with that,” he said.

And Biel loves being a new mom. When E! News asked her about the “most magical” thing about motherhood, Biel talked about how Silas would sigh when he saw her when he first woke up from a nap. “Just a gummy mouth, no teeth, just a big smile, happy that you’re alive and you’re just looking at him,” she said. “That’s probably the most magical.”

Justin Timberlake’s wife may only have eyes for her adorable son, but she hasn’t forgotten about her commitment to healthy eating and exercise.During Jessica Biel’s pregnancy she stuck to a super-healthy diet, went on frequent hikes and found time for yoga. Since having Silas, though, she’s started a more rigorous exercise regime. She does strength training and goes running in order to get her body back.

Jessica Biel works out with her trainer Jason Walsh and likes to play recreational sports and staying active. She also likes to vary her workout routines and enjoys mixing up yoga classes with weight training sessions.

She also likes to go on the Paleo diet when she tries to lose weight because “eating Paleo just leans you down and slims you up and takes that little layer of fat and water-weight right off your body.” She eliminates grains, dairy and legumes, and cooks for herself suing “fresh fish or lean meat like chicken and vegetables.”
